Our injection mold production follows a rigorous 5-step workflow for precision and reliability. First, design & engineering leverages CAD software to create 3D models tailored to product specs, with DFM analysis optimizing for moldability. Next, material selection uses high-grade steel (H13, S136) or aluminum for core/cavity, ensuring durability. Then, CNC machining & EDM delivers micron-level precision—CNC mills rough out the mold base, while EDM shapes complex cavities. Post-machining, polishing & assembly smooths surfaces to Ra 0.02μm and assembles components (slides, ejectors) with strict tolerance checks. Finally, trial run & debugging tests with actual materials, adjusting parameters to eliminate defects before mass production. Each step adheres to ISO 9001 standards, guaranteeing molds meet global quality requirements for efficiency and longevity.
